Saturdays.

Slept in today.  I seem to do that a lot.

The rain outside finally stopped, and we finally got to skate.  Weecho came over and we hit up that spot behind my host-house.  Had a good skate day.

In the evening we walked over to the nearby school to watch a play put on by the seniors.  Apparetly, Nico's former babysitter was performing in it, so we went to check that out.  Although I didn't understand jack, it was fun to see people on stage.  I miss performing.

Had a good day today.

Started off by sleeping in, then meeting up at the city center with Weecho for lunch to talk over more plans for Spring Break.

Then we walked over to the train station at around 1:20pm to meet with the rest of the group and ride over to the Post Tower.  Its basically the biggest skyscraper in the city that houses both the German Postal Service and DHL.  We listened to a presentation in there a rode a couple of floors.

Beethoven.

The Gang.

Then we took a 2 hour bus ride to watch this musical:

EPIC.

We spent about 30 minutes before the show started joking about it probably being really lame, but by the end of it we were all standing up, dancing, and clapping with the crazy rollerskating actors on stage! It was really a fun time!

No Class = Best Day Ever?

No class today.  How awesome is that.

I slept in, like every young man loves to do.  I rode the train over to the dรถner sandwhich place in town, grabbed a bite to eat with Weecho, and we rode back to my neighborhood to skate it up!

Tomorrow we are touring the Post Tower.  Then we are going to watch a musical.

On A Hike Through Bonn.

I actually ate breakfast this morning!

Since my skateboard is now very much complete, my host family took me over to see the small skatepark in town.  There are a handful of vert ramps there, so Nico and I hung around and skated for a while.

Afterwards, we went over to the Seven Mountains, which are actual mountains here in Bonn.  We hiked a trail all the way to the top of one of them, and it was pretty amazing.
